Terms & Conditions
This Trade Buyer Exclusive Reward Programme is open only to registered and approved Trade Buyers attending IBE International Beauty Expo 2026.
Participation is limited to the first ten (10) qualified Trade Buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
To qualify for the reward programme, participants must complete all eight (8) designated Business Matching Meetings during the exhibition period.
Completion of all Business Matching Meetings must be verified and approved by the organiser before any reward can be redeemed.
Each qualified participant is entitled to select and redeem one (1) gift only from the five (5) available reward options, subject to availability.
Gift selection shall be made on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to stock availability at the time of redemption.
Eligible overseas Trade Buyers may apply for Hotel Fee Reimbursement of up to RM900, subject to submission of required documents and organiser approval.
Any incomplete participation, inaccurate information, or failure to fulfil the programme requirements may result in disqualification.
All gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.
The organiser reserves the right to replace any gift with an item of equivalent value without prior notice should the advertised gift become unavailable.
The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this programme and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this programme shall be final and binding.
