Toll & Parking Incentive Terms
1. Eligibility ( For Local Trade Buyers )
Applicable to Malaysian-registered companies only.
Participants must complete a minimum of 3 business matching sessions via https://apply.ibe.my.
Limited to the first 60 eligible applicants only.
2. Incentive Limits
Toll Reimbursement: Up to RM30 per day (for business travel related to matching sessions).
Parking Reimbursement: Up to RM20 per day (for venue-related parking).
Participants may claim either toll or parking reimbursement only, subject to the applicable daily limit.
3. How to Claim
Proceed to the redemption counter to collect the verification form before your session.
After completing your session, return to the redemption counter and present the completed verification form.
Claims will be processed within 14 working days.
4. Claim Verification
Claims will be verified based on the company address stated on the participant’s business card and registration details.
The Organizer reserves the right to request supporting documents such as toll or parking receipts for verification purposes.
5. Exclusions
Personal or non-business matching travel expenses are not eligible.
Any claims exceeding RM30 (toll) or RM20 (parking) will be capped at the respective limit.
6. Important Notes
Fraudulent claims will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify claims and amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
