Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Buyer Incentive Program is open to all registered buyers who make purchases at the IBE International Beauty Expo.
Buyers must submit valid supporting documentation within the Program Period, including but not limited to order forms, invoices, proforma invoices, or any other official proof of purchase.
2. Reward Tiers
Rewards are issued based on the total net spend, which may be calculated from one or multiple receipts, provided the combined total meets the required spending threshold.
All receipts must be issued within the Program Period.

3. Program Period
The Program is valid from 13 June 2026 to 16 June 2026.
Only purchases made within this period are eligible for participation.
4. Rebate Redemption & Documentation
Buyers must submit original receipts or invoices as proof of purchase to qualify for the rebate.
A valid event badge and business card must be presented together with the receipts for verification.
Each participant is entitled to one (1) redemption only during the Program Period.
Copies, screenshots, or incomplete documents will not be accepted.
All submissions are subject to verification and approval by the organizer.
Approved rebates will be processed within fourteen (14) days upon successful verification.
Rebate Terms:
– Non-transferable
– Non-refundable
– Not exchangeable for other products or services
5. General Terms
The organizer reserves the right to verify all purchases, receipts/invoices, and buyer details before confirming eligibility.
The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Rewards are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
The organizer reserves the right to cease reward issuance once the allocated quota has been fully redeemed.
