Gold Rewards Buyer Lucky Draw
1. Eligibility (Exclusively for Industry - Related Buyers )
a. Trade Only: The Lucky Draw (“Draw”) is open exclusively to trade buyers of the IBE Show.
b. Industry Requirement: Participants must represent a business within beauty-related industries (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, haircare, aesthetics, distribution, retail, etc.).
c. Mandatory Credential: A physical business name card is strictly required to participate.
d. Age & Restrictions: Participants must be aged 18 or above. Employees of the organizer, sponsors, and their immediate families are ineligible.
2. Qualification & Proof of Status
a. Name Card Verification: Each participant must present a valid business name card showing their full name, company, and title. The details must clearly link to the beauty industry.
b. Identification: The name on the business card must match the participant’s government-issued ID (NRIC/Passport) for prize verification.
3. Spending Requirement
a. Qualifying Transaction: To enter, trade buyers must make a purchase with any exhibitor during the IBE Show.
b. No Minimum Spend: There is no minimum spending limit; a transaction of any value qualifies for entry.
c. Valid Proof: Participants must provide proof of purchase, such as an official receipt, invoice, or a signed sales order from an exhibitor.
4. Entry Method
a. Entry Process: Upon qualifying (name card + proof of spending), participants must deposit their physical name card into the official lucky draw box.
b. Unlimited Entries: There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
c. One Receipt, One Entry: Each unique receipt or transaction entitles the participant to one (1) entry. Multiple entries require separate qualifying transactions.
5. Prize
a. Reward: There will be only one (1) winner selected for this Draw.
b. Prize Details: The winner will receive two (2) pieces of one (1) gram gold bars (999.9 fine gold, or equivalent gold product as determined by the organizer).
c. Finality: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
a. Selection: The winner will be selected via a random draw from the official entry box after the closing time.
b. Submission Deadline: The lucky draw box will close strictly at 2:00 PM on 16 June 2026.
c. Contact Method: The organizer will attempt to contact the selected winner via the phone number provided on their name card or entry form.
d. Redraw Policy: If the selected winner does not respond to our call (after a reasonable number of attempts or a specified timeframe) or is unable to be reached, the organizer reserves the right to d isqualify that entry and conduct a redraw to select a new winner.
7. Prize Collection
a. Face-to-Face Collection: Once successfully contacted, the winner must return to the designated hall/counter to collect the prize in person.
b. Verification: To claim the prize, the winner must present their Identity Card (ID) and the business name card matching the winning entry.
c. Forfeiture: The organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the winner fails to collect it within the timeframe announced during the phone call.
8. General Conditions
a. Organizer’s Rights: The organizer’s decision is final. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
b. Publicity: By participating, the winner agrees to the use of their name and photo for marketing and publicity purposes related to the IBE Show.
c. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the region where the IBE Show is held.
