1. Eligibility 

Open to participants aged 18 and above with a valid Instagram or Facebook account.

Employees of the organiser and exhibitors are not eligible.

2. Participation Requirements 

Participants must:

Follow IBE’s official Instagram/Facebook account and participating exhibitor accounts.

Like the giveaway post.

Share the post on IG/FB Story and tag @IBE with hashtag #IBEGIVEAWAY.

Comment on the post and tag three (3) friends.

Participants may join via Instagram, Facebook, or both platforms.

Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection & Announcement 

Winners will be randomly selected using an online tool, with one (1) winner selected from each platform: Facebook and Instagram.

The organiser reserves the right to verify all entries.

Winners will be announced on IBE’s official social media and contacted via direct message (DM).

The deadline for comments is 22 May 2026, and winners will be announced on 29 May 2026.

4. Prize Redemption 

Winners must respond within 12 hours upon notification, failing which the prize may be forfeited.

Prizes are to be collected on-site only.

Winners must present valid proof (social media handle or DM conversation) for verification.

5. General Conditions 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

The organiser reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
