IBE NAIL ARTIST - Video tutorial (Free creator)- Marking based on :

Announce the video tutorial's title Introduce the manicurist and models Shows the picture of models to differentiate the before and after Product and tools instructions Healthy and safety Use of the equipement	Simple understanding of the tutorial video Video shooting and editing effects The flow of the tutorial video Video content must have rich educational knowledge Tutorial video should not more than 3.5 minutes

Choose a clean and tidy venue to have recording
Able to show the video teaching of any professional nail art subject

JUDGING CRITERIA - Marking Scheme

Contestant must register and bring the artificial hands 60 minutes before the competition and stick their numbers on the artificial hand to get IBE T-shirt at the registration counter
Contestant are allow to complete 80% of the nail art competition gel painting hand art skills
80% of the hand art skills must be done before the competition starts.
Contestant must gather 30 minutes before the start of the competition and the competition will start on time as its scheduled.
Contestant must complete the remaining 20% of the nail competition gel painting during the competition judging by the judge on the spot.

Nail-Painting gel painting - Marking based on :

Competition works handmade skills	50 marks
Colour matching	15 marks
Hierarchical clear map	15 marks
Creativity of artwork	10 marks
Overall concept and themes	10 marks

Only 1 artificial hand is allowed with 5 pieces of nail tips, style, colour, shape and length are not limited
Must be pure UVGEL hand-painted
Allow the use of any professional gel brand raw materials
Allow use any brand of artificial hand
Contestant must wear IEB T-Shirt
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the table, must clean up immediately after the competition
Prepare own extension cable and multiple sockets

Prohibition of gel nail art stickers/ready-made products/digital printing technology
Prohibition to mark or write the contestant’s name on the artificial hand
The organizer reserves the rights to deduct points if the artworks are found violate rules or plagiarized

Nail box should not exceed than 20cm (H) X 20cm (W) X 20cm (L)
Can make 5 or 10 pieces of competition nails comprehensive static nail art competition works, nail tips style, color, shape and length are not limited.

JUDGING CRITERIA - Marking Scheme

Contestants and models must register at the counter 60 minutes before the competition start
Contestants can reshape models nails, dead skin, and polished shapes 100% before the competition
Before the competition starts, contestants can complete 100% of the model hairstyles and costumes also 80% of the French gel handmade skills.
Contestants and models must gather at the contestant preparation zone 30 minutes before the competition starts, and the competition will start on time as its scheduled.
Contestants must complete the remaining 20% Gel French Nail during the competition judging by the judge on the spot, higher mark will be granted when the contestant can have more delicate process on the spot

Gel French Nail - Marking based on :

Radian, smooth surface, thinness, smile line, two nail beds, condition of nail bottom, arch and overall standard

Mark of the artwork done before the competition	50%
Mark of the artwork done on the spot	50%

Allow to use any professional gel brand products
Any professional gel extension method can be adopted, and the shape and length are not limited
Prepare own LED UV lamp, EXT, Wire and Universal socket
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the table, must clean up immediately after the competition
Contestant must wear IBE T-Shirt

Prohibition of using Half Tip and Model (EASY TIP) extension method
Models are well-dressed, no slipper is allowed

The artwork must be registered and submit to the competition registrations counter at least 60 minutes before the competition starts
The artwork must be 100% complete before the competition start.
Before the competition starts, contestants can complete 100% of the model hairstyles and costumes also 80% of the French gel handmade skills.
Contestant and model need to assemble 30 minutes before the competition start, the competition will start on time.
Contestants must complete the remaining 20% Acrylic French Nail during the competition judging by the judge on the spot, higher mark will be granted when the contestant can have more delicate process on the spot

Acrylic French Nai - Marking based on :

Radian of the Acrylic French Nail of the model, the surface smoothness, thin, the smile line, sidewalls, underside, the convex curve surface and the overall standard.
